ReelMyPhotos.com (“ReelMyPhotos,” “we,” “us”) turns photos you send us into finished videos. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to make your video and run our business, we never sell your information, and your photos are yours.

Information you give us. When you place an order or contact us, we receive what you send: your name, email address, phone number, the photos you want turned into a video, and the listing or business details you want shown on screen (such as a price, features, and contact information).

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our systems — we see only your name, email, and the amount paid. Stripe’s handling of your data is described in its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and the services it’s built on may collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and cookies. Our sample videos are hosted by Vimeo, which may set cookies when you play them.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to produce and deliver your video, respond to your questions, process your payment, and provide the revision and support our service includes. We may occasionally email past customers about our services; every such email includes a way to opt out, and one click ends them.

Your photos and videos

The photos you send are used for one purpose: making your video. We do not sell them, publish them, or use them in our own marketing without your permission. The finished video belongs to you. If we ever want to feature your video as a sample of our work, we will ask you first — and a simple no is the end of it. Sample videos shown on our website are demonstration footage or content used with permission.

How we protect your information

Order photos and details travel over encrypted connections, payments are handled by Stripe’s PCI-compliant systems, and our business email is protected by industry-standard authentication. We keep order materials only as long as reasonably needed to deliver your video, honor your included revision, and maintain normal business records.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to make the site work properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent; parts of the site, such as embedded video players, may not function fully without them.

Third-party services
